General Description:

We adopt the world latest reverse osmosis membrane technology to design the machine. The processed product water is high purification, good taste and it can get rid of 100% bacteria. The salt can be eliminated from the source water by more than 98%, highly up to the national standard. Our RO machines are designed to be controlled by imported PLC automatically, with various protecting functions and high efficiency and safety guard. The reverse osmosis membranes are US brand Hydranautics. Except RO membrane treatment, other common filters also included in the machine as complete one, that is quartz sand filter, to remove remaining suspended particles and unsettled floc, activated carbon filter, to trap organic chemicals and chlorine, improve the taste and odor; PP sediment filter, to trap particles of 1–5 µm diameter, including rust and calcium carbonate. All these water purifying steps can make sure the output water are 100% clean and safe. It is widely used in food stuff, pharmaceutical, chemical industry, electronic industry for terminal process. The output capacity ranges from 300L/H to 50,000L/H.

4. Description of Each filtering process:

1). Quartz sand filter: is widely used in drinking water treatment to remove different types of particles, such as suspended solids (turbidity), colloidal compounds and etc.

2). Activated carbon filter: to trap organic chemicals and chlorine, organics, improve the taste and odor, remove iron, hydrogen sulfide, radon; which as the key device, commonly used for removal of organic substance and heavy metal element, suspended solids and etc. It can effectively reduce the level of COD and improve the taste of water.

3). Water Softener: Many water supplies contain hardness minerals and elements that build up inside pipes,valves,fixtures and appliances.And make water taste bad.Water softeners filter out these minerals

like calcium and magnesium.Protect pipes from scaling,corrode and clogging up.The dishes will be cleaner,and spotless.The appliances will have longer life and cost can be saved.

4). PP sediment filter: also called "security filter", to trap particles of 1–5 µm diameter, including rust and calcium carbonate, dust, mud, and etc.It prevents the particles entering the membrane, scratched the surface of

the membrane. In the normal operating condition, the filter can maintainedfor 3 mouth. The 5μm PP filter is most commonly used for dealing the pure water. It is generally believed that the harmful particles and bacteria are larger than 0.22μm. In order to prolong the life of RO system, the whole system adopts one set of stainless pp filter.

5). Reverse osmosis filter: Reverse osmosis is a liquid filtration method which removes many types of large atomic molecules from smaller molecules, by forcing the liquid at high pressure through a membrane with pores(holes) just

big enough to allow the small molecules to pass through. It is most commonly known for its usein drinking water purification from removing the salt and othersubstances from the water molecules.

Principle: It works by using pressure to force a solution through a membrane, retaining the solute on oneside and allowing the pure solvent to pass to the other side.

The whole automatic production line is achieved through the PLC and data collector such as the liquid lever sensor, flow sensor and etc. The whole production line is monitored by liquid level sensor. When the water level of the product water tank is high, the system will stop automatically. When the water level of the product water tank is low, the system will run automatic. This ensures the production line is synchronized with filling production line.
